Now for a little ride into the woods--"At Gotha, we found out we were near the Nordhausen concentration camp. I didn't go up there personally, but some of the people did and witnessed what had been going on at the camp when it was liberated--with hundreds of dead bodies, another several hundreds of people just about ready to die from starvation. Then the commanders of the camp were rounded up and the pictures imply that they were taken out by the Military Police to the nearby woods and finished off rather than waiting for war crimes trials."
