This is a black and white photo of demolition occurring adjacent to the site of the former Hotel Albemarle in March of 1980. The demolition occurred at the corner of 6th street NW and West Main Street. The ground floor of the old hotel presently (2009) houses a book store and an antique shop.  Frank C. Hartman Studios.
