Scope and Content: This collection contains records of Albemarle County voters from 1940 to ca. 1976. The records in the archival boxes are from Scottsville, North Garden, Keswick, Ivy, Free Union, Earlysville, Covesville, and Woodbrook. The collection includes additional information about the voters such as occupation and contains 3 ledgers with lists of residents who paid their state capitation tax (or poll tax) in 1959 and 1964-65.

Arrangement: The card file boxes are arranged alphabetically. The other two boxes are arranged alphabetically and by area.
