Biographical/Historical Information: Reuben Beck (1813-1896) of Greene County, Virginia married Mildred F. Dickerson (1819-1900) on 3 July 1839. Their children included Marietta, Frances H., William, and James V.  James V. Beck married Elizabeth (Betty) Dolan on 14 January 1891. Reuben Scott Beck (1893-1979) was the son of James V. Beck (born Albemarle County, Virginia) and Elizabeth (Betty) Dolan (born Orange County, Virginia), Ruben Scott Becky was born 14 July 1893 in Albemarle County, Virginia. He lived on Ridge Street in Charlottesville and worked for the C&O Railroad.
