Biographical/Historical Information: The Citizens Bank and Trust Company was established in 1931 by a group of Charlottesville businessmen. It was the only bank in the United States to open during that year.

Scope and Content: These scrapbooks contain newspaper clippings, photographs, annual reports, and newsletters that document the bank's community and business activities.
