Biographical/Historical Information: The Charlottesville and Albemarle Junior Chamber of Commerce was established in March 1946. The first president was Randolph Bean. The organization affiliated with the national organization in September 1946. The membership was limited to white men aged 21 to 36 who were residents of Albemarle County or Charlottesville.

This is a collection of papers from the Junior Chamber of Commerce in Charlottesville, Virginia. It is divided into two folders:

Folder 1: contains member lists, financial reports, calendars, president reports, and yearly plans.

Folder 2: contains undated papers, rosters, newspapers, a list of candidates (n.d.), copies of the Jaycee Journal (1952-1953), and a report from the Vinegar Hill Committee (1960).
