Biographical/Historical Information: Thomasia Teel Goss was born in Albemarle County, Virginia in 1893 to Lawrence Hamilton Goss and Thomasia Teel. She was a member of the Albemarle Charlottesville Historical Society. She died Charlottesville, Virginia in 1991.


Scope and Content:

Folder 1: A scrapbook containing news clippings and photographs (1862-1962) on the Glazebrook and related families. Most of the clippings are from Richmond, Virginia newspapers of the early 1900s. Three cartes de visite of Mrs. Charlotte Denny, Edward Wright, and William A. Wright (circa 1862-1864) are located on page 27. Some of the pages have handwritten notes with news clippings pasted over the notes. Two photos are in an envelope on page 87. The photos are of Mrs. Larkin W. Glazebrook Sr. [Maria Hawes Sutton] and Larkin W. Glazebrook Sr.

Folder 2: Photocopies of two ALS from Elizabeth M. Trent to her niece, Sarah Lewis, 8 April 1832 and 15 November 1832.
