Biographical/Historical Information: The Jefferson African American Heritage Center hosted Family Photo Day in March 2019, where local residents could view photos in the Holsinger collection and identify and provide more information about the people in the photos. The photographs in the flip books are of African Americans taken by photographer Rufus W. Holsinger of Charlottesville.
